General Information
We currently breed English Cream Golden Retrievers, English Setters, Irish Setters, and King Charles Cavaliers.
We’re dedicated to helping families find the perfect companion—not just from our own litters, but also through partnerships with other established, reputable breeders we know and trust. By collaborating with breeders who share our values for health, temperament, and ethical practices, we can offer a wider variety of breeds and ensure every puppy is raised with the same love and care.
We raise puppies in a home-like setting with music, sofas, and daily routines. Each litter is named after characters from a children’s book, and the family who adopts the “main character” puppy receives a copy of the book, which is a nod to our passion for literacy.
Each female is bred only once per year, following natural cycles without hormone treatments.
Adoption Process
We're excited to hear from you! To get started, contact us and we'll ask you to fill out our Buyer Questionnaire.
Our goal is to place our puppies in their forever homes, and making sure that their needs match the lifestyles of their prospective owners. This questionnaire helps us learn about you and to match each dog to the right home.
Yes, absolutely! Families are welcome to visit starting at 5 weeks of age, giving you a chance to meet the pups in a comfortable, home-style setting.
Timing varies. Our focus is on matching puppies thoughtfully with families rather than rushing placements. Some litters are reserved within weeks, while others take a few months.
Absolutely! We'll send regular updates and photos of your puppy's milestones leading up to adoption day.
Pickups are scheduled by appointment. Any changes to pick up time need to be communicated 24 hours in advance or a $25 late fee will be charged.
Health & Care
Puppies are raised indoors, in a loving, enriched home environment with toys, music, couches, climate control, and ample social interaction -preparing them for family life from day one.
We DNA test and screen all breeding dogs for breed-specific health concerns.
Cavaliers: hips, elbows, and patella.
Retrievers: hips & elbows.
Puppy buyers are encouraged to review health test results of parents before adopting.
Puppies do not complete DNA testing. Parents are tested and results are reviewed for compatibility. If parents are clear, puppies are considered clear by birth and individual testing is not required.
Every puppy comes with a one-year genetic health guarantee, a copy of the required Pennsylvania Lemon Law disclosure, and a signed purchase contract.
Your puppy will go home with:
Signed health guarantee and contract
Vaccination and deworming records
A comfort blanket with litter smells
Starter food and treats
Lifetime breeder support
A puppy’s bones, joints, and growth plates are still developing during their first year (and up to 18 months for larger breeds). Too much high-impact activity—like long runs, repetitive jumping, or rough play on hard surfaces—can put stress on growing joints and may lead to long-term problems such as hip or elbow dysplasia. Instead, focus on short play sessions, gentle walks, and plenty of rest. As your puppy matures, you can gradually increase activity to build strength safely.
30 days of free health insurance is provided by Trupanion. Pet insurance gives you peace of mind by covering part of the cost for accidents, illnesses, surgeries, and sometimes even routine care. It ensures you won’t have to choose between your wallet and your dog’s well-being during emergencies.
Policies and Ownership
Our focus is on raising companion pets. Breeding rights are not part of our standard adoption.
We prefer in-person pickups to ensure a proper match. However, if needed, we can discuss individual transport or delivery options on a case-by-case basis.
